Shipping & Policies

We ship Monday, Wednesday and Friday weekly and will do our best to ship within two business days. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.
We are not responsible for orders where tracking indicates that the item has been delivered but you have not received it. However, we will do our best to help you resolve the matter. We are not responsible for orders yet to be delivered and still "in transit". If you experience a delay in your order "showing in transit" please do not hesitate to contact us at info@emogeneandco.com and we will happily assist you in tracking your order.
*EMOGENE & CO. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR USPS, FIRST CLASS ORDERS, AND UPS THAT ARE LOST OR DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT. We are unable to file a claim on your behalf for any missing/damaged mail.

We are currently only shipping within the USA/Canada.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept PayPal and major credit cards. Orders will not be shipped until they have been received and cleared. We do not save your credit card information unless you opt in to subscriptions.
Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, returns cannot be accepted once they have left our production facility, but we want you to be completely satisfied with your order, so if you are not happy, please contact us! info@emogeneandco.com)
We offer replacements only in the following cases:
• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product delivered
